Qualifications
- Experience in home community care or caregiving is preferred.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Background in social work or related fields is advantageous.
- Familiarity with resident rights and patient care practices in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
