A Drains Excavator Operator at Hero is responsible for leading in the installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of residential drainage systems while displaying amazing craftmanship. Candidates who will thrive in this role are motivated help customers in need and enjoy working outdoors. Schedule

• 7am start time, end times vary based on completion of work and business needs

Essential Job Duties

• Complete sewer repairs and installations in an efficient manner while maintaining world class service and craftsmanship
• Lead, train, and mentor apprentices with installation work of residential drainage systems to meet company standards
• Ensure all jobsites are maintained with organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Process and complete all necessary documentation during and after completion of work
• Maintain company provided vehicle and inventory of parts, tools, and shop equipment

Qualifications

• Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
• CDL license Class A Preferred
• Able to operate mini excavator
• Able to troubleshoot residential sewer lateral repairs
• Must be able to regularly lift 50 pounds
• Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely
• Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
• Ability to work closely with others
• Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
• Participate actively in all trainings, meetings, and events
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• On-time and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
