Inventory Coordinator

An Inventory Coordinator at Hero is responsible for placing orders for replenishment materials needed by field personnel and coordinating with the warehouse dispatcher to ensure the materials are delivered in a timely fashion. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy organizing and maintaining a detailed inventory system.

Schedule
- 1st Shift 6:30AM – 3:00PM Monday through Friday
- 2nd Shift 8:30AM – 5:00PM Monday through Friday
- Must be flexible in working extended hours to help meet department needs based on business volume and needs
- Overtime is offered by management when available, and may at times be required
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for pulling truck stock replenishments daily & ordering all necessary materials from vendors.
- Responsible for auditing all replenishment orders ensuring field staff is receiving proper materials.
- Maintain inventory room stock at appropriate levels
- Complete all returns and warranties in a timely manner in accordance with Hero procedures in a timely fashion
- Work effectively with techs and dispatch team with special order parts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving and criminal record
- Able to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely with other team members, management, and customers
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow through
- Highly motivated, flexible, and great attitude on life
- Demonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem solve with a sense of urgency.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Ontime and prepared to work before the scheduled start time
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel, and Service Titan a plus
