Now, we’re looking for a Setter Team Lead who’s ready to lead from the front, build a winning squad, and make serious money doing it.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of door-to-door setters
- Set the pace and lead by example in the field daily
- Help develop scripts, objection handling, and pitch mastery
- Track KPIs, hold team accountable, and drive consistent performance
- Collaborate with closers and management to optimize team output
- Recruit and onboard new talent as we scale

- Proven D2D or leadership experience (solar/home improvement preferred)
- Charisma, energy, and confidence to lead a team from the front
- Competitive mindset with a hunger to WIN
- Ability to coach, hold standards, and elevate your team
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
