Responsibilities:
- Appropriately schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party
- Effectively translate conversation and documents in English and a foreign language
- Resolve customer support problems
- Coordinate patient flow by keeping the appointment schedule organized and full
Qualifications:
- Hold a High School diploma or GED
- Type 30 words per minute minimum
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Have one year of customer service experience, preferably at a call center
