Pay Range: $60K-$63K annually
Overview
Hero Practice Services is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to lead and execute business-to-business marketing, community-based outreach programs, field marketing events, and support of our pediatric dental, vision and orthodontic practices with marketing within a given region.
Responsibilities
- Build new relationships with businesses and organizations through a variety of tactics including; community programs, educational events, in-person meetings, and other grassroot marketing efforts
- Create a larger patient base for our practices through community programs, outreach, and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Be the face of our company, representing high-quality service and professionalism
- Maintain trusting relationships with community partners, educating our communities on the importance of dental, vision, and orthodontic care within an assigned region
- Partner with the office team to understand and implement marketing best practices that results in attracting new patients and promoting patient education and community partnerships
- Identify areas of need, key events and activities in our communities that will drive improved patient education, access to care and new patients to our practices
- Build relationships with families in need and model compassionate attitude when working with patients and teammates who come from an array of backgrounds and life circumstances
Requirements
- Must have ability to travel within our surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis (approximately 90% travel including overnight stays for 2-3 days/week)
- Ability to work weekends and necessary hours to get the job done
- Proven ability to administer community events by successfully managing patient flow and high quality service
- Experience in public speaking and implementation of community programs for those in need
- Demonstrated field marketing and/or event experience
- Proficiency at using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- Experience with medical, dental, and/or vision care a plus
Physical Requirements
This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 50.
Salary : $60,000 - $63,000
