Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.00 based on experience

Outcome of the Role
The Specialty Services Treatment Coordinator’s role is to establish a parent/patient relationship with the provider for proper communication regarding the recommended treatment plans and facilitate successful closures of financial negotiations.

Strong organizational skills to ensure referrals and prior authorizations are up to date. Be the main point of contact with phone calls, scheduling, checking patient’s in and out for their appointments

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
One year of dental treatment coordinator experience or previous experience in an Endodontic or adult dentistry practice
100% Travel in the Colorado Region (Colorado Springs, Denver, Longmont, Greeley)
Desired Qualifications
Able to multi-task and complete tasks correctly and on time
Knowledge of various insurance plans, manuals, exclusions, and limitations
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, listen to patients’ needs, and possess a friendly demeanor
Prior authorization process’s with multiple dental insurance companies (Dentaquest is a plus)
Preferred knowledge of eClinical Works/Dentrix Database, Google Docs, scanning functions, and must be proficient at using Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
Bilingual desired, but not required
Physical Requirements
This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment
Work is performed in a dental office which is a clinical and office environment. Teammates are occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals; therefore, compliance with proper safety and OSHA standards is required.
