Overview:
Hero Practice Services is seeking a Vision Lab Technician to produce high-quality eyewear that meets all standards set forth by Hero Vision Lab and maintain the lab equipment* per Hero Vision Lab guidelines. All work will be completed in a high repetition, fast paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Complete all tasks correctly, on time, and with the highest quality possible
- Understand and follow lab standard operating procedures and expectations without exception
- Coordinate with vision lab team members to ensure flow of product through the lab
- All work completed with an eye on quality to ensure we provide our Little Bosses with the best eyewear possible
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrate the ability to learn new things quickly and being coachable
- Optical experience preferred, but not required, as training will take place
*Teammates under the age of 16 are not permitted to operate machinery.
Physical Requirements
This position requires full range of body motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, walk and stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to handle or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 25 pounds.
