What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operations Manager (6-9 month contract) position at Heroes Foundation?
Contract Length:
- This will be a minimum of a 6 month contract (with the opportunity to extend or convert based on the business needs)
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the warehouse including ensuring compliance with safety regulations, inventory management, supervise and schedule warehouse and delivery drivers, and make recommendations for improved efficiency.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years’ experience within a manual pick/pack distribution center, strong leadership, and managerial skills, able to motivate and lead a team of warehouse and delivery personnel and be computer literate.
