POSITION SUMMARY
As the Warehouse Supervisor, duties will include managing the daily operations of a warehouse, which includes employee direct reports, inventory control, quality, shipping, receiving, and more. This role will also ensure the compliance with safety regulations within the facility standard operating procedures.
Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Proven experience in warehouse management and supervision
- Strong team management skills with a focus on improving productivity and performance
- Proficient in inventory management and control systems
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
- Experience with logistics and distribution center operations
- Familiarity with e-commerce processes and 3PL environments
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and materials handling tasks
- Carry out supervisor responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
- Ability to retrieve, analyze, and report Warehouse data, KPIs and goals
- Manage Inventory, Shipping, and Receiving process
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
- Other duties may be assigned based on business needs
Additional Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of Warehouse Supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word Processing software. SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems
