HeroHub is seeking an Experience Design Manager to join our team and help us craft engaging and interactive AI-driven experiences for Powersports dealerships. This is a hands-on role where you’ll utilize innovative tools, including AI, to create high-quality content that drives success for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and structure content to design comprehensive and interactive user experiences.
- Utilize AI tools to generate video scripts and create engaging training videos.
- Develop and implement interactive AI experiences to enhance user engagement.
- Upload and manage course content in a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure all materials are polished, accurate, and ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with team members to align course objectives with dealership needs.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in using AI tools for content creation, video generation, and interactive experience design.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in experience design, curriculum development, or instructional design is a plus.
- Passion for Powersports is a bonus but not required.
