Role Overview
Heron Botanicals, Inc. is hiring a full-time Fulfillment Coordinator to work in-person out of our Kingston, WA location. The Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for packaging and shipping orders to our customers. This role is focused on customer service via phone and email. This a great role for an individual who is looking for a job that they can leave at the office.

Salary Range: $19 - $21/hour depending on experience
Working Hours: Tuesday - Friday 9AM – 5:30PM, possible flexibility,

Job Functions: Fulfillment, Shipping, Customer Service
What You Will Do
- Fulfill orders placed online and process for shipment
- Take over the phone orders, troubleshooting and providing exceptional customer service
- Set up customer accounts and takes payments
- Order supplies for the fulfillment office
- Consolidates bulk product into smaller sizes per order as needed
- Pour and mix formulas to produce final products
