We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and sales development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in seafood sales or business development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, QA, Finance, and Warehousing, to ensure seamless execution and optimal solutions.
- You will serve as an internal sales representative, collaborating with field sales across various business functions.
- Customer management – ownership of the overall management of all initiatives and related issues for a defined set of customers and an evolving list of prospects.
- Customer engagement – day-to-day involvement with multiple contacts within our broad customer base.
- Business Development – collaborating with internal sales team on new opportunities for development.
The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, passion for customer service and sales development, and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
