What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior PM/Estimator - Heavy Civil position at Heron Wolf?
Estimator / Project Manager - $220k - $245k package - Manhattan or Queens
some travel to Long Island required)
We are paying up to $245k plus package (401k, bonus, commuters allowance, health cover etc) for our next Estimator / PM . We want to welcome in this addition to our team because we are succession hiring for an expected retirement in 3-4 years. So our team will remain steady in number and allow our next teammate to settle in gently without needing to know everything right away!
We are not super corporate, so we like to think we can offer some unique flexibility that some other firms might lack. The majority of us are family people , so we get yours are the highest priorities. We believe no job is more important than family
We’re a good team and enjoy celebrating our wins together with trips out, i ncreased vacation, bonuses and dinners . You’d have seen us on a lot of the MTA type bids along with USACE and some private work too! When we win, we win because it makes sense to win not because we have a need to constantly just be the low bidder. So our jobs our profitable and safe.
We’d love to speak with those that see themselves as career estimating and PM professionals as well as PMs or Supers who have bid work and want to pursue it full time.
HCSS knowledge would be cool , but honestly, we’d rather just have the person that knows the work. We’re committed to long term growth , so we’ll invest whatever is required to get you to where you need to be.
We can support P.E licensure (if that’s your thing) and we can tailor the role to what you would hope it looks like.
All we want is someone that knows heavy civil MTA work , isn’t afraid to get stuck in to support the continued success of the firm, and wants to be apart of a journey that has seen our $ turnover increase almost 10 fold in the last decade.
