We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team. The Employee will be required to work on different stations within the manufacturing process.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Operator to join our team. The Assembly Operator will be responsible for assembling components, following work instructions, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and products according to product specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues, malfunctions, or quality concerns
- Meet production targets and deadlines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to use measuring tools such as measuring tape
