Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse personnel to join our team. The employee will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Unload, organize, and store materials in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and updating records.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one) is a plus.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
