We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the Supply Chain Coordinator position, joining our Nottingham, PA team!
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday approximately 40 hours a week

Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to oversee inventory, oversee supply sources, and to purchase materials and services to support manufacturing and other anticipated demands.
The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to oversee inventory, oversee supply sources, and to purchase materials and services to support manufacturing and other anticipated demands.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will develop inventory management processes, protocols, and practices to ensure adequate inventory to support growth and demand spikes, introduce proposed improvements and ensure alignment with scheduling and logistics.

- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-3 years related experience required; 3 years plus preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite intermediate experience required.
- Demonstrated experience to work independently or as a team
- Demonstrated organization, attention to detail and time management skills.
- Recognized as one who is proactive in problem-solving and works towards creative solutions.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal/external customers.
- Requires strong problem-solving ability and strong analytic skills.
Physical Demands:
- Performs work required for this position in an office environment
- Remains sedentary for moderate to extended periods of time.
- Required to us a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on occasion.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Supports the day-to-day transactions and documentation of supply chain operations.
- Continuously monitors and interprets data to manage the flow of goods, resources to ensure critical processes are effectively used to meet organizational goals.
- Interpret data daily to execute replenishment and unique buying decisions at the advisement of the Buyer.
- Maintains logs and records of required documentation.
- Communicates daily with internal/external customers on multiple customer service topics.
- Collaborates and liaisons with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
- Identifies areas of challenge in processes, problem solves and proposes solutions.
- Works with supplier’s customer service to resolve concerns and improve customer service for our organization’s needs.
- Escalates more complex issues to operational teams.
- May assist in the negotiation of service arrangements.
- Provides administrative support to Supply Chain and Operations team as needed.
- Travels occasionally for conferences, client meetings, information gathering, and the like.
