Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and organizing stock to ensure product availability.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting purposes.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization to meet company standards.
- Analyze sales reports and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
Requirements
- Must be extremely knowledgeable about diesel semi-trucks and trailers.
- Must be able to manage inventory and order all parts.
- Must have an understanding of pricing and margins.
- Must be able to get along with others and come to work with a positive attitude.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
- Strong skills in customer service with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Proficient in inventory management practices and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Solid math skills for handling transactions and financial reports.
- Ability to train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
