Job Description:
Working a midday, or nightshift on weekdays or weekends, you will accurately and efficiently set up event floor plans in both venue spaces. By being committed to the set up of events you will ensure team success.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately read and set up a floor plan
- Polish silverware, china, and glassware
- Place linens on desired tables correctly
- Set chairs in place
- Assist the maintenance team in miscellaneous tasks
- Communicate any issues to the Event Coordinator or rental company
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Work under the direct supervision of the Event Coordinator.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: $15-18 per hour

Previous experience in event setup, banquet services, or hospitality is a plus
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
Skills:
Attention to Detail Ensuring floor plans are set accurately and event spaces are polished and ready
Time Management Completing tasks efficiently within event setup deadlines
Teamwork Working closely with event coordinators, maintenance, and rental teams
Problem-Solving Identifying and resolving setup issues proactively
Physical Stamina Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move furniture throughout the shift
Communication Reporting issues or special requests to the Event Coordinator or rental company
Adherence to Policies Following company guidelines and safety procedures
