Herrmann Law Group has been helping injured people in the Puget Sound area for over 70 years. We are expanding our Tacoma and Seattle teams and need experienced legal assistants for our pre litigation department. Responsibilities:
• Work with Attorneys in managing cases from beginning to end.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Open and manage personal injury claims with insurance companies.
• Interact and coordinate with medical professionals.
• Order, organize, and summarize medical records.
• Calendar meetings through Outlook.
• Write demand packages.
• Create settlement packets.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus.
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
• 2-3 years prior personal injury experience or medical field.
• Understanding of Mahler, Hamm and Winters is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and the Office suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team situations.
• Great sense of humor.
