Job Description
The CNC Machinist and Toolmaker will play a critical role in our production team, ensuring the efficient setup and operation of CNC machines and manual equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in toolmaking and proficiency in operating CNC programs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines and manual equipment to manufacture high-quality tooling
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for programming and machining
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines and manual equipment
- Document and report any issues or concerns related to machine performance or tool quality
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC machining and toolmaking
- Proficiency in operating CNC programs, preferably with WinMax
- High school degree or Equivalent
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
