RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gather both the parts and service departments daily Repair orders, payments and credit card summaries.
- Cash posting as necessary and make change for departments from petty cash.
- Compare credit card payments to batch out and reconcile.
- Post incoming invoices for payment.
- Process checks disbursements for payables approx. 2-3 times per month.
- Run Accounts Receivable statements and send out to vendors.
- Daily log into online system; print invoices along with credit memos.
- Intercompany reconciliation.
- Assist team with end of month procedures; ensure all payables/receivable have been posted.
- Provide additional general office support as needed in the administration building.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
- Participate in a busy office as a team player.
· REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer 1 or more years of automotive dealership experience or equivalent.
- Must have excellent computer skills with preference in excel and 10 key preferred.
- Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent follow-through skills.
- Possess strong communication skills - including both written and verbal.
- Possess a good understanding of accounting.
- Must have a clean driving record & valid driver’s license

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
