Responsibilities
- Assist potential tenants by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed information about available units.
- Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, including screening applicants and preparing lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, tenant communications, and property maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with property management to address tenant concerns and ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service aand experience in property managment.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients, bi-lingual preferred.
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
