Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our residential apartments. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and customer service skills to effectively address maintenance issues. The Maintenance Technician will work independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Complete residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic quality of the residential apartments.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, with a focus on electrical systems and mechanical repairs.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- A background in residential apartment maintenance is required.
