We do this every day at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. Our future plans include growing our resort footprint to over 1200 rooms across five resorts at Dollywood.

We are seeking a Bell and Valet Attendant for Dollywood Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

The purpose of the Bell and Valet Attendant is to assist guests with a variety of needs during their stay. To provide optimal standards of service and hospitality through anticipating and fulfilling all guests' needs in relation to transportation operations.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.
Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Greet all guests in an upbeat and positive manner, using guests' name when possible and recognizing VIP guests
- Open car doors for guests arriving and / or departing assist guests' stepping in and out of their vehicle and with their luggage or bags
- Opens front doors for all arriving and departing individuals and greets appropriately
- Assists guests with luggage and familiarizes them with their room and the conference center
- Personalize each guest interaction while providing directions or assistance to in-house guests
- Delivers all messages, packages and amenities promptly and accurately
- Maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby and front entrance
- Remains in the lobby ready to assist guests and co-workers at any time with any requests or concerns they may have
- Acquires all necessary arrival and departure information from the Front Desk
- Safely parks and retrieve guest cars and ensures key security standards are followed
- Communicates check in venue and hotel information to guests
- Be knowledgeable of park information
- Provides guests with transportation to local areas as requested
- Assist guests with luggage and baggage handling
- Maintain safety conditions at all times and observe areas of responsibility for safety hazards
- Report any suspicious behavior or people to Assistant Bell Captain, Bell Captain, Front Office Manager, MOD or Security immediately
