What are the responsibilities and job description for the Theme Park Server Job position at Herschend Family Entertainment?
This position exists to provide prompt, courteous service throughout our Guests' dining experience. The ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture.
Responsibilities
- Take food orders, serve food, and answer Guest questions about menu items and pricing.
- Perform side work, including but not limited to rolling silverware, preparing items for the next day's service, and maintaining dining room cleanliness.
- Serve food that complies with expected quality, quantity, and presentation while following state and local health code requirements.
