ROLE: Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager

BASIC FUNCTIONS:
- Manage a $1,000,000 sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise
- Learn and execute the Hershberger Painting sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid)
- Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target
- Entering estimates into company CRM per VP Sales expectations
- Updating client data per Sales Manager expectations
- Writing customer proposals per Sales Manager expectations
- Responding to customers questions and office questions per Sales Manager expectations
- Independently studying to become competent in all services we sell
- Generate additional leads through personal activity (leads can be delivered to you by the company marketing activities)
- Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings
- Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with Sales Manager guidance.
- Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.
TIME AND COMPENSATION:
- Full-Time
- Base salary commission – base salary set on past experience and current skill

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
