What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Laborer position at Hershberger Tiling, Inc.?
HELP WANTED: Equipment Operators & General Laborer Positions on our Tiling Crew. Must be ready to work outdoors, be 18 with valid drivers license, able to lift 50 lbs, reliable, dependable and willing to work.
Will be working full time, weather pending, Monday-Friday. We work Saturdays during our busy seasons in spring & fall and cut back to 4 (10 hour) days during summer & winter.
Tiling experience is not necessary, will train. Job duties include, but are not limited to: working alongside our backhoe operator fixing tile, running a tile laser and/or tile finder, shovel, getting down in the drainage ditch to hookup tile, and possibly some light maintenance/shop work. Backhoe or tractor experience is beneficial. Class A CDL would also be great but not required.
