Job Summary :
The Senior Manager Data & Technology is responsible for driving the strategic use of data and technology to optimize procurement processes and performance. This role involves managing data analytics, technology integration, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency, cost savings, and supplier management. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven insights and advanced technology solutions to support decision-making, streamline operations, and achieve procurement objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Data Analytics and Reporting : Lead the development and implementation of data analytics tools and reporting systems to provide actionable insights for procurement strategy and operations. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of procurement data and reports to support informed decision-making.
- Technology Integration : Oversee the integration and optimization of procurement technology platforms, including ERP systems, procurement software, and digital tools. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless technology adoption and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Digital Transformation : Drive digital transformation initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency, transparency, and cost-effectiveness. Identify and implement innovative technology solutions, such as AI, machine learning, and automation, to streamline procurement processes.
- Supplier Management : Utilize data analytics and technology to improve supplier performance management, risk assessment, and relationship management. Develop and implement strategies for supplier evaluation, selection, and optimization to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and logistics, to align procurement strategies with business goals. Provide training and support to procurement team members on data analytics tools, technology platforms, and digital processes.
Qualifications :
Experience & Education :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Advanced degree (MBA, Master's in Data Science, or related field) is preferred.
Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, data analytics, or technology integration within a consumer packaged goods company. Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, implementing procurement technology solutions, and managing data analytics projects. Strong experience in supplier management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
