Days: Monday-Friday – 5-Day Work Week

Job Summary
- Consistent Schedule – Monday thru Friday (normal business hours)
- Annual Salary $52,000

Job Responsibilities
- Merchandiser duties (90% of the position):
- Work with existing customer base to help drive sales and ensure great customer service
- Basic freezer maintenance and repairs to be completed as needed
- Help to install and remove Hershey owned freezers at customer’s locations
- Relief Route Driver duties (10% of the position):
- Relieve route driver as needed (cover sick days, vacation days, etc)
- Paid commission in addition to regular salary
- Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers
- Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers
- Collect and Deposit client payments
- Complete Driver Safety Training – Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age: 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Willingness to work routes as needed, including 10–12-hour days
- *Bilingual is preferred*
