SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center has an opportunity available for a Nurse Practitioner to join the Neurosurgery team. The position will provide a mix of patient care including coverage in the outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and OR first assist for a variety of neurosurgery cases and the potential to see consults at Penn State Health Hampden Medical. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a job with autonomy but with a very supportive APP team. Prior neurosurgical experience is helpful but not required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

• Master’s degree in Nursing
• Current licensed to practice as a CRNP by Pennsylvania Board of Nurse Examiners required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
