Qualifications:
- Must have parts sales experience
- Knowledge of CCC, Collision Link, and Parts Trader a plus but will train the right person.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Maintain an organized, orderly and clean work environment
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Must pass drug and background test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Assists wholesale customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.
- Inform customers of part requirements and specials.
- Answers phone calls, provide price quotes and other information.
- Pull and fill out orders from stock.
- Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order -if necessary.
- Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.
- Pulls orders for delivery to the shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.
- Follows up on back-ordered parts.
- Receives payment from customers or obtains credit authorization.
- Ensure that all charges are signed by the customer and all customers receive a copy of their invoice.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to maintain a professional image and demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer & phone skills.
- Positive attitude is a must.
