Wholesale Parts Specialist

Wholesale Parts Counter Associate

We are seeking talented, energetic and motivated individuals with the ambition to become part of our team. You must have a Can-Do attitude.

Qualifications :

Must have parts sales experience
Knowledge of CCC, Collision Link, and Parts Trader a plus but will train the right person.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Team player
Maintain an organized, orderly and clean work environment
Must be able to work Saturdays
Must pass drug and background test.
Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities :

Assists wholesale customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional manner.

Inform customers of part requirements and specials.

Answers phone calls, provide price quotes and other information.

Pull and fill out orders from stock.

Notifies manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.

Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order -if necessary.

Notify all necessary parties when special ordered parts have been received.

Pulls orders for delivery to the shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.

Follows up on back-ordered parts.

Receives payment from customers or obtains credit authorization.

Ensure that all charges are signed by the customer and all customers receive a copy of their invoice.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to maintain a professional image and demeanor.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer & phone skills.

Positive attitude is a must.

Weekly Rotating Schedule (Monday-Friday- 8am-5pm / 9am - 6pm)

Rotating Saturday Schedule every 3 weeks 8am-4pm.
