Our organization helps clients build successful brands from preclinical phases through launch and to formulate and implement brand-specific strategies and programs for in-line brands. Services include brand strategy, market assessment; brand positioning, launch planning, lifecycle management, thought leader identification and engagement, and identification / development of marketing programs and sales force training / communication.
As part of our ambitious growth strategy, we're expanding our team and looking to add a Human Resources Manager at our Yardley, PA headquarters. This newly created role offers a hybrid remote / on-site schedule and is pivotal in building our internal infrastructure and talent base. The Human Resources Manager will support talent acquisition, HR operations, and performance management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Utilize technology to streamline recruitment and source quality candidates
- Develop a pipeline of passive candidates through direct sourcing
- Oversee the candidate experience
- Strengthen the Herspiegel brand on external career sites
- Manage the applicant tracking system (Paylocity), including requisition processes, reporting, and integrations
- Build and maintain relationships with academic partners, career offices, and professional academic groups
- Develop and manage programs that position Herspiegel as a preferred employer, building a strong talent pipeline from key institutions
