Responsibilities May Include
- Lead client engagements and build long term client relationships managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Development and management of projects including project plans, strategic deliverables, concise communication of project status and recommendations to senior level clients, tracking and adherence to project hours
- Development of client deliverables including business cases, therapeutic area landscapes, commercial launch plans, strategy documents, tactical plans, educational resources, and others
- Client customer interviews (HCP, patient, payer) and report generation
- Motivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team members
- Own responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisions
- Contribute to thought leadership and innovation within client projects
- Business opportunity identification
- Increasing depth of knowledge in a therapeutic area and functional knowledge in pharmaceutical commercialization that can be applied to each new client project
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced life science degree highly preferred
- A minimum 4 years of prior management consulting experience in the life sciences industry
- Proven project leadership responsibility
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High degree of proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and extremely well organized
- Candidates must be local to the greater Philadelphia region to support local clients who may request individuals to be onsite throughout times in the project life cycle. Reliable transportation to site around the NJ, PHL, DE area critical requirement for role
