We are currently recruiting a growth role, Principal, Patient Services Life Science, to join our practice. The Principal in Patient Services will play a pivotal role in driving strategic and operational excellence for life sciences companies, particularly in areas focused on patient support programs, access solutions, and patient engagement. This leader will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize patient-centric services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and delivery of innovative patient services strategies tailored to clients in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and healthcare.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, fostering long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for partnership.
- Program Design & Implementation: Oversee the creation and deployment of patient support programs, including hubs, reimbursement services, co-pay assistance, and adherence initiatives.
- Market Insights: Leverage deep industry knowledge to provide actionable insights on trends, regulations, and best practices in patient services.
- Team Development: Mentor and manage consulting teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth for team members.
- Thought Leadership: Publish white papers, lead webinars, and represent the firm at industry conferences to showcase expertise in patient services.
- Business Development: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities, including proposal development and client presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, PharmD, or similar) preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in life sciences consulting or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in patient support services, access solutions, and reimbursement strategies.
- Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate and influence cross-functional teams.
