We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician - Carpenter to join our team at Hertford County. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing semi-skilled carpentry tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Your duties will include:
- BUILDING AND REPAIRING FRAMEWORKS, SUPPORTS, AND WOODEN ARTICLES.
- PERFORMING SEMI-SKILLED ROOF, CEILING, AND DOOR REPAIR FUNCTIONS.
- ASSISTING IN THE REPAIR OF DRYWALL AND MOVING OR ALTERING NOT-LOAD BEARING WALLS.
- METING WITH STAKEHOLDERS TO DISCUSS FACILITIES NEEDS AND PLANS.
