Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides supervision of staff and safeguards the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under their care by following applicable laws, regulations, and established nursing policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of caregivers to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in LTC/SNF settings.
