What You'll Do: As an Auto Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You'll work with a team of dedicated professionals, supporting customers through every step of the auto-buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the unique value of Hertrich's offerings to potential customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles to meet those needs
- Conduct test drives and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles
- Build relationships and provide a personalized buying experience
- Maximize profitability with each sale while delivering customer satisfaction
- Complete paperwork and ensure accurate computer entries
- Follow up with new and returning customers
- Perform other duties as assigned
