What You'll Do as an Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer:
As a key member of our service team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is seamless and positive from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting and assisting service customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Answering service calls and scheduling appointments
- Providing customers with estimates for service/repair costs and completion timelines
- Coordinating repair/service orders with technicians to ensure timely completion
- Ensuring total customer satisfaction by getting it right the first time
- Suggesting additional services that meet customer needs
- Other duties as assigned to support the service department
What We're Looking For:
- A customer-focused, self-motivated team player with a passion for delivering great service
- At least 2 years of prior sales or customer service experience (automotive experience a plus)
- Experience with up-selling and building customer relationships
- Proficient in computer usage
- High school diploma or GED required
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license with minimal points on driving record
