Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Auto Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the car-buying process and deliver an outstanding experience at every step.
- Communicate the unique value of Hertrich dealerships to prospective customers
- Work with guests to assess their vehicle needs and preferences
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Present various automotive models, features, and benefits to match customer needs
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for every transaction
- Maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Complete all paperwork and computer entries accurately
- Follow up with customers to build lasting relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Be ready to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with minimal points
- A positive attitude and a friendly, professional demeanor
