Job Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, fleet providers, and manufacturers.
- Perform vehicle damage assessments and create detailed repair cost estimates.
- Prepare accurate damage reports efficiently.
- Assist in managing shop production costs and workflow.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on daily tasks and dispatches using computerized systems.
- Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop (preferred).
- Prior automotive body shop estimating or insurance adjusting experience is required.
- Strong understanding of the collision repair process.
- Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure.
- Experience maintaining a fast-paced workflow in a collision shop.
- Proficiency with collision management software (preferred).
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
