What You'll Do:
- Accurately diagnose and repair a full range of automotive service issues on diesel vehicles, including electrical systems, engines, transmissions, suspension, braking, and emissions systems.
- Use diagnostic and shop equipment confidently, adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and maintenance on engines and other major components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in the automotive and diagnostic fields.
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment and comply with all safety and environmental standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and complete accurate repair orders.
What We're Looking For:
- ASE certifications (or a willingness to obtain them).
- Prior experience in automotive repair and diesel vehicle maintenance, medium and heavy duty trucks/school buses required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent customer service skills.
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license.
- Full set of tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions.
