Due to our continued expansion and growth, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Warranty Administrator to join our service team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, strong attention to detail, and excellent multitasking abilities, we want to hear from you!
As a Warranty Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our world-class dealership team by handling all warranty-related administrative duties. This dynamic position will involve processing claims, managing warranty parts, and providing excellent support to our service department. Automotive industry experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner.
- Reconcile warranty receivables and track payments.
- Handle rejected claims, ensuring proper follow-up according to dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty parts and follow through on pending claims.
- Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones and greeting service customers.
- Schedule service appointments and provide support to service writers and management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Process-oriented with a keen attention to detail.
- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous dealership experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED required.
