What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of being a top performer in car sales with a passion to win.
- Dealership experience
- Retail sales background
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven track record in outbound sales
- Ability to effectively support sales team
- Knowledge of automotive sales industry
- Proficiency in negotiation and upselling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong desire to motivate and mentor others.
Ability to understand customers need and close sales.
An understanding that you don’t know it all and a willing to take direction and learn form seasoned automotive managers.
