Local Hertz Car Rental Franchisee at our University Park Airport location in State College, PA is looking for a responsible and reliable Customer Service Representative for the Monday to Friday Day Shift. Ideal candidate should have excellent personal, organizational and computer skills. Understanding and following the car rental terms and conditions is critical. Answering phones professionally and communicating effectively with customers is essential. Candidate will be responsible for check-in of vehicles and cleaning vehicles as needed to support the rest of the Team and operations. Candidates must pass pre-employment screening which includes MVR, Drug Screen and Background Check.
