National contract furniture company, specializing in school and office furniture is seeking a bright, detail oriented, enthusiastic, articulate person to join our Sales Assistant team.
The Sales Assistant candidate will work closely with their Sales Managers, customers and vendors to create and maintain client accounts. The candidate must provide high quality customer service to our clients. You will work closely with vendors, installers, freight companies to request quotes and information. Tasks include product specs/pricing and entering quotes/orders.

Responsibilities:
· Provide pricing to clients
· Provide clients with product specifications
· Request pricing from freight companies and manufactures
· Process orders
· Coordinate deliveries and installations
Must be able to work efficiently in a team environment and be able to meet deadlines
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic Excel and math skills are required
Full time only
Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000 monthly bonus
