A Day in the Life:
The Rent2Buy Field & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for supporting car sales customers and field employees through email and phone communication.
The salary for this position is $14.70 per hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Mange incoming calls for the Hertz Car Sales division.
- Coordinate Rent2Buy reservations by determining vehicle availability and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure cars are at the correct location on time.
- Book or cancel reservations using internal reservation system.
- Maintain communication with the field to ensure customers are receiving the proper service throughout their rental experience.
- Monitor all Rent2buy rentals to make sure customers are paying for the car purchased within the Rent2Buy time frame.
- Reclass vehicles to the store’s inventory as needed.
- Process all Rent2buy deals and make sure deals are properly funded.
- Support and coach the field on the Rent2buy process.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills.
- Experience with PC Excalibur, DASH, and Advent systems preferred.
- Available to work on weekends and evenings.
