Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a DBE Manager in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with applicable Disadvantage Business Enterprise (“DBE”) policies, procedures, and regulations
- Communicate on-going status updates with our legal team
- Ensure security of confidential information
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog’s Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
- Some travel required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 CFR Part 26 preferred
- Previous contract administration experience preferred
- Excellent writing, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Time-management skills are essential; must possess a natural sense of urgency and work well with pressure and deadlines.
- Must be a self-starter and able to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and adaptive to change.
- Possess a high level of ingenuity.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and advanced computer literacy skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Subject to pre-employment background check and motor vehicle report review.
- Subject to pre-employment physical, medical evaluation, and drug screen
- Successfully complete and maintain any required safety certification and testing on an annual basis.
