Overview
Herzog Contracting Corp. is currently seeking a detailed and highly organized Quality Coordinator in St. Joseph, MO to join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- This is a non-exhaustive overview of the job duties for this position.
- Manage non-conformance report (NCR) cost analysis to understand financial impact of NCR's across all Herzog divisions.
- Identify and report any discrepancies across all NCR cost analysis
- Collaborate with internal and external customers, project managers, engineers, etc. across multiple Herzog divisions and their quality related processes.
- Analyze and report discrepancies to management and make recommendations
- Maintain and gatekeep internal electronic library, to include updating records and forms.
- Perform internal and external audits.
- Continually look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and accuracy
- Regular and consistent engagement, participation and promotion of Herzog's Culture and its essential behaviors are a requirement for this position.
- Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are a requirement for this position.
- Other duties as assigned.
